Deposit is applied towards your final balance. The above rental prices include the following Venue - 12 hour total venue rental time (all events must conclude by 11:00pm. Total rental time includes all time needed for set up and clean up after event) 4 Hour Reception beginning after the conclusion of the ceremony Planning Meetings - 2 in person planning meetings to ensure that everything runs smoothly! Wedding rehearsal - 1 hour rehearsal included in the rental price. Subject to availability. Cocktail and seated tables for your reception Ceremony chairs set up in the location of your choosing Choice of overlay color for reception tables Indoor heated and cooled reception space Outdoor patios with masonry fireplace Choice of centerpiece options Multiple ceremony location options Inside private dressing room for Bride and her bridesmaids to get ready Groom’s quarters for the Groom and his groomsmen to relax before the ceremony Buffet and beverage tables Bartender(s) – for 4 hours of serving time (maximum amount of time the bar is open during event) Bar Set Up – Client provides the alcohol. Venue will unpack and ice down alcohol, provide real glassware for wine, clear disposable cups for mixed drinks, clean-up of bar, coolers for beer and tubs for wine. Venue Rental Add-ons Venue provides the alcohol Champagne toast for guests Wedding Cake Welcome cocktail or glass of champagne for your guests prior to the ceremony . Discounted Friday rental . . . . if you have a Saturday booked, you have the option to rent hours the day before at a discounted rate of $200/hour. This can only be guaranteed 45 days or less before your event. Floral Package Add-on . . . . . We offer simple floral design for couples wanting to keep additional flowers to a minimum. Consultation required before a price can be given. Catering . . . . . Price upon request. The venue offers customizable catering menus for every budget! Real plates, silverware, napkins, and non-alcoholic beverages included with venue catering package. The couple is responsible for the following: (we have a comprehensive list of recommendations for these vendors!) Day of coordinator for ceremony and reception DJ for ceremony and reception Photographer/Videographer Floral Wedding Cake (if not going through the venue) Catering (if not going through the venue) |
