Our original all-inclusive package that is designed to help take the stress out of planning your big day! This package is offered every day of the week Includes the following 4 Hours prior to the ceremony - to come in and get ready, set up decor, etc. (additional hours prior to the ceremony can be added for an hourly fee) 4 hour reception beginning at conclusion of ceremony Catering - choice of heavy hors d'oeuvres or seated buffet dinner catering menu Planning Meetings - up to 3 in person planning meetings to ensure that everything runs smoothly! On-site coordinator Wedding rehearsal - 1 hour rehearsal included in the rental price. Subject to availability. Cocktail and seated tables for your reception Ceremony chairs set up in the location of your choosing Choice of overlay color for reception tables Indoor heated and cooled reception space Outdoor patios with masonry fireplace Choice of centerpiece options for the reception guest tables Greenery centerpiece for buffet tables Multiple ceremony location options Inside private dressing room for Bride and her bridesmaids to get ready Groom’s quarters for the Groom and his groomsmen to relax before the ceremony Buffet and beverage tables Add-ons to the signature package Wedding Cake Additional time for getting ready at the venue Floral Package Add-on . . . . . 5 Hour Package
A paired down version of our Signature Package, the 5 Hour Package is the perfect choice for couples who want a simple, affordable, turn-key wedding and reception with minimal stress! Designed for up to 50 guests, we offer this package Monday-Thursday (or weekends if the wedding is 60 days or less away and we still have the date open) Includes the following: 5 hour venue rental (your time begins 2 hours prior to your ceremony) Wedding cake Music played for the ceremony On-site coordinator for the ceremony and reception Set up and clean up for ceremony and reception Complimentary cake cutting service - includes disposable plates/forks for the cake Wedding rehearsal Private dressing areas for couple Ceremony chairs - set up in the location of your choice Linens, tables, chairs for your reception Centerpieces for the guest tables Light hors d'oeuvres catering menu (option to upgrade to heavy hors d'oeuvres or seated dinner for additional per person charge) |
